Aida is founder and director of one the most successful international real estate agencies in Kazakhstan. 

Aida promotes properties in more than 35 countries from mass-market apartments to exclusive resorts and villas.

She also runs a large property portal and publishes a weekly newsletter with a distribution of more than 5000 investors.

Prior to forming Invest Realty in 2006, Aida had a successful career in finance at Kazkommertsbank.  She has also worked for the UN and has been heavily involved in teaching marketing to MBA students.

Igor Indrikson has been with IntermarkSavills since 2008 when he was recruited to head up the newly-created international property investment department.

Igor has a degree in property investment from Cass Business School in London.

He shares his wealth of knowledge and offers a calm, clear-sighted view of the markets. In 2010 he sees big equity rallies as well as big fallbacks, as conditions move from NICE (No Inflation and Creative Earnings) to VILE (Volatile Inflation and Lower Earnings)!

Konstantin is the founder and director of marketing of Mediamark Ltd, a consultancy founded in 2000 which specialises in media consultancy and planning in the Russian Federation.  Mediamark has a strong focus on real estate, advising international property companies as well as governmental organizations and large private investors.

In 2009 Konstantin project managed the launch of the Austria-Invest brand (www.austria-invest.ru) in Russia. Through unconventional and innovative promotion action, Mediamark helped Austria Invest sell dozens of properties in  Vienna, Tirol and Salzburgland.

Prior to launching Mediamark Konstantin had a successful career as political columnist (Russia and Germany) and was deputy director of Egmont International publishing house (Denmark) in Russia.

Konstantin has a degree in International Media from Moscow State University.

Seeing a market niche Kim co-founded aiGroup and helped to create the Moscow International Property Show in 2003 , the first specialised event for the overseas property market to be held in the city.

Shortly afterwards aiGroup launched International Residence Magazine and the overseas property portal, 1-property.ru.  aiGroup now run a  total of eight specialised overseas property events a year in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Kim speaks regularly on the Russian market and is considered an authority on the Russian overseas property market.

Having worked on numerous mixed-use projects in both the UK and overseas, Brett understands how to conceive, plan and manage complete strategies that connect with the consumer and drive sales through intelligent distribution channels. Amongst other international clients, he has recently won instructions from The Lakes by yoo in the Cotswolds and Vale do Lobo in Portugal.

Since joining Knight Frank Russia in 2005, Maria has held a variety of senior roles including Head of Research and director of Professional Services.

In February 2008 she was promoted to Head of Business Development with overall responsibility for research, telemarketing and marketing and PR.

At the end of 2008 Maria became the Executive director of Knight Frank and entered the Management Board. Now she is responsible for all the supporting departments of the company including administration, marketing, PR and research.

Maria graduated from the State Pedagogic University with a degree in informatics and English. Then she studied marketing in the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics and obtained the CCIM Certificate. She has worked in the real estate market since 2000

Brian Johnson is Managing Director of P.F.S. Russia, a professional financial advisor working in the Russian Federation.

He arrived in Russia over 4 years ago and has quickly established himself as one of the senior financial consultants in Moscow. Establishing the new Russian/Eastern Europe division for Business Class group of companies and P. F. S. International this year has in Brian’s own words ‘given me a new lease of life and makes me feel 10 years younger’ which is a good job given that his wife and 4 daughters are living between the UK and Moscow which means he does spend many weekends each year flying backwards and forwards to the UK

Brian’s career path over the last 25 years includes establishing several companies including a Real Estate and Mortgage Brokers in the United Kingdom, A Property Investment and Development Company in Cyprus together with several management positions for international offshore financial consultancy group. He holds an Msc in Economics and Finance from Durham University
